Baseball Training Program Max Strength
The Baseball Max Strength Training Program is designed specifically for Baseball athletes. The prescribed exercises, sets, repetitions, and percentage loads were written specifically to elicit the strongest muscular adaptations in baseball athletes.
Included in the program:
- 12 weeks, 3 days per week
- Exercises to be performed each day
- Number of sets and repetitions for each exercise
- Percentage load for major exercises (hang clean, squat, bench press, and many others)
