Baseball Training Program Pitcher
The Baseball Pitcher Training Program is designed specifically for pitchers looking to advance their game to the next level during their off-season. The prescribed exercises, sets, repetitions, and percentage loads were written specifically to elicit the strongest muscular adaptations in baseball athletes.
Included in the program:
- 8 weeks, 3 days per week
- Exercises to be performed each day
- Number of sets and repetitions for each exercise
- Percentage load for major exercises (hang clean, squat, bench press, and many others)
