The Football Speed - Power Transfer training cycle is designed for high school, college, and professional football players. The prescribed exercises, sets, repetitions, and percentage loads were written specifically to elicit the greatest muscular adaptations in all speed-focused football players.
Included in the program:
- 5 weeks, 2 days per week
- Exercises to be performed each day
- Number of sets and repetitions for each exercise
