Rugby Training Program Max Strength
The Rugby - Max Strength training program is designed for any person looking to increase their strength. The prescribed exercises, sets, repetitions, and percentage loads were written specifically to elicit the greatest muscular adaptations in Rugby players.
Included in the program:
- 8 weeks, 3 days per week
- Exercises to be performed each day
- Number of sets and repetitions for each exercise
- Percentage load for major exercises (hang clean, squat, bench press, and many others)
