General Fitness Training Program 6 Weeks
The General Fitness training program is designed for general fitness enthusiasts. The prescribed exercises, sets, repetitions, and percentage loads were written to challenge the average Joe/Jane.
Included in the program:
- 6 weeks, 3 days per week
- Exercises to be performed each day
- Number of sets and repetitions for each exercise
- Percentage load for major exercises (squat, bench press, leg press, and dumbbell incline press)
