Lacrosse Training Program
The LaCrosse Training Program is designed specifically for LaCrosse athletes. The prescribed exercises, sets, repetitions, and percentage loads were written specifically to elicit the strongest muscular adaptations in LaCrosse athletes.
Included in the program:
- Exercises to be performed each day
- Number of sets and repetitions for each exercise
- Percentage load for major exercises (hang clean, squat, bench press, and many others)
