Youth Training Program
The Youth Training Station Program training program is designed specifically for younger athletes. The prescribed exercises, sets, and repetitions are aimed to benefit our younger athletes the most.
Included in the program:
- 10 weeks, 5 days per week
- Exercises to be performed each day
- Number of sets and repetitions for each exercise
- Percentage load for major exercises (hang clean, squat, bench press, and many others)
